Automatic ROPP Cap Sealing Machine
Automatic ROPP capping machine is designed and manufactured for capping of bottle/container by applying pressure on cap against the container. Machine is available in several models ranging from single head to multiple head. Machine consists of Welded base structure enclosed with Stainless Steel Doors, Product transmission conveyor, Star wheel, cap release chute, single or multiple capping head, vibratory bowl, Panel Box. In this machine filled Bottle fed into conveyor from infeed side and moving towards star wheel from where it bring below the sealing head in subsequent indexing parts, meanwhile the bottle pick up the cap from chute and rotary head performs sealing operation and bottle move further on conveyor for next operation.
