Automatic Screw capping machine is designed and manufactured for capping of bottle/container by means of screwing of cap on to bottle. Machine is available in several models ranging from single head to multiple head. Machine consists of Welded base structure enclosed with Stainless Steel Doors, Product transmission conveyor, Star wheel, cap release chute, cap transfer wheel, single or multiple capping head, vibratory bowl, Panel Box. In this machine filled Bottle fed into conveyor from infeed side and moving towards star wheel from where it bring below the sealing head in subsequent indexing parts, meanwhile rotary turret pick up the cap from cap transfer wheel which is receiving from delivery chute of cap vibratory bowl and place and seal it on bottle neck by screwing operation. Sealing head is design seal container according to pre-set torque.
