Semi-Automatic Screw Capping Machine
Semi-automatic Screw Capping machine is designed and manufactured for capping of bottle/container by Screwing operation on cap against the container. This economic, compact and versatile model is generally used in small/medium industry. Machine consists of Welded base structure enclosed with Stainless Steel Doors, Screw Capping Head, Product Holder. Containers have to place below the Capping head manually in Product holder. Capping head automatically press the neck of the container at a pre-set depth and after capping, return to its original position and operator has to remove bottle manually after capping.
