Automatic Air Jet Cleaning Machine

Automatic Air jet cleaning machine is designed and manufactured for cleaning of bottles used for pharmaceutical, chemical, Beverages, food, Dairy industry by use of Air and Vacuum. This machine works on a principle of back pressure of bottle which is fed by the unscramble to reach separator assembly, which transfer the bottle on conveyor belt and pushes bottle to the cleaning section one after another. Cleaning station is equipped with continuous vacuum system. Bottle reaches to the cleaning section, a pair of nozzle starts to flush the air inside the neck of the bottle and simultaneously vacuum will suck the separated particles. Duly cleaned bottles further transfer to exit end from where it gets transfer to next machine infeed conveyor or collected by Tray.

Operation

Operator Loads the bottle manually in vertically upward position on the Turn Table from where it is transferred to the In feed Star wheel. In feed star wheel will push bottle into the inverting Tunnel where bottle get inverted and Ionized air and vacuum will be supplied simultaneously for cleaning of bottle. During Cleaning operation High pressure ionized air will separate particles from surface of bottle and sucked by the blower. Then after bottle will get its original position during transferring from second inverting Tunnel. Bottles are transferred to the further machine conveyor for filling operation.
