Automatic Rotary Vial Washing Machine
Automatic Rotary Vial Washing Machine is specially created to wash glass vials at its internal and external surfaces by using Rotary Motion Mechanism. This type of machine model is manufactured with gripper system to hold the vial from Neck and invert it till the washing operation takes place and after that vials are released to outfeed star wheel in vertical position this ensures positive wash of vials. This machine model is suitable to wash 2ml to 100ml Glass Vials/ Containers with the help of change over parts. Machine is manufactured by providing Turn table at infeed side to feed vials into machine.
Machine has 6 Washing Stations in which three internal wash of Recycled water wash, Purified water wash & WFI water wash and three air wash. Washing cycle can modify as per requirement.

- Continuous rotary motion type mechanism with variable speed.

- Pressure transmitters for air & water with interlocks.
- Temperature transmitter for monitoring temperature of recycled water, purified water and WFI with interlock.
- 3 Tanks of 25 litres of each with 3 pumps.
- 18 Jets for 6 Internal washing zones.
- Machine suitable for 2ml to 50ml and special designed up to 100 ml size.
- Washing sequence can be made as per customer requirement.
- Automatic infeed and exit of vials.
