Visual Inspection Machine-Roller Type
Visual inspection Machine-Roller type is used for visual inspection of any breakage, Improper Cap sealing or presence of any foreign particles in powder or liquid. Machine supplied with inbuilt Infeed and outfeed turntables. These type of machine is mainly used for Glass vials in Pharmaceutical Industries. Vials travelling on rollers are check by operators visually through magnifying lens and in case any fault detected, operator manually pick that faulty vial and puts it outside the machine in rejection box.
