Semi-automatic Servo Base Gear Pump filling machine is precision built on SS frame completely enclose in stainless steel sheet and doors are provided to facilitate the servicing of machine. Working on volumetric principle, the unit is made compact, versatile and enclosed in stainless steel elegantly matt finish body.

Operation
When operator switch on the machine first process is to suck material from storage tank to nozzle end. This facility is also useful to clean the filling line before process of filling and after process of filling. Operator place the bottle on the bottle / nozzle holding device manually. For that operator needs to adjust height of the nozzle and diameter of the bottle manually for different requirement of filling. The machine is operated by manually by Foot switch, which starts the filling without any delay time. The bottles are filled on the basis of parameters such as time, speed and delay time. Once the bottle is filled as per the desired volume the machine stops automatically. After completion of filling process, operator can remove the bottles manually.
